A hearty Chilli Con Carne dish made with Janet’s Just Delicious Arabiata, Tomato & Chili Pasta Sauce! Not too hot, so it’s a great meal idea for all the family!!

- 1 Jar of Janet's Just Delicious Arrabiata Pasta Sauce
- Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot - Grated or Diced
- Minced Beef or Lamb
- 1 Red Pepper - Diced (Optional)
- 1 can of Red Kidney Beans
- Heat some olive oil in a wok or large frying pan.
- Add the sliced onion and cook until onions are soft.
- Add your minced meat, turn up the heat slightly and allow the meat to brown.
- Drain the kidney beans.
- Turn the heat down and add your kidney beans, grated carrot and a jar of JJD's Arrabiata Sauce and chopped red pepper (if desired).
- Simmer on a low heat and cook gently until the kidney beans have softened. (15 mins approx.)
- For Lunch: With Tortilla Chips for dipping
- For Dinner: Traditionally with rice.
